Pricing

Custom Trips, Custom Pricing

Every ski and bike day is shaped around your group, not a fixed package.

Because each trip is different, pricing is built case by case rather than listed as a single rate.

How Pricing Works

Instead of preset bundles, we start with a simple conversation about what you have in mind:

  • Where you’re traveling

  • Your group size and experience level

  • How many days you’d like to be out

  • Whether you’re focused on biking, skiing, or both

From there, I shape a plan around your group and provide a clear, custom quote before you commit to anything.

Bike Trip Pricing

Every ride is tailored around your schedule, location, and how you like to spend time on the bike.

Pricing can vary based on:

  • Group size

  • Ride length (half-day, full-day, or multi-day)

  • Terrain and location (Park City, Salt Lake Valley, or beyond)

  • Logistics — rentals, bike shipping/assembly, shuttles, etc.

Once I have your rough dates and what you’re looking for, I’ll send over a straightforward quote outlining what’s included.

Ski Trip Pricing

Ski trips are built around your travel plans and the operations we partner with, so there’s no one-size-fits-all number.

Pricing depends on things like:

  • Destination — Utah, Alaska, South America, Iceland

  • Type of trip — heli-skiing, backcountry touring, or resort guiding

  • Group size and number of ski days

  • Local logistics — transportation, lodging recommendations, and other add-ons

I’ll help you narrow in on the right destination and format, then work up a clear, itemized quote with the main pieces laid out.

What Influences Cost

Across both ski and bike experiences, a few common factors shape overall pricing:

  • Group size

  • Number of days

  • Location and terrain

  • Partner operations (heli-ski outfits, local shops, etc.)

  • Extra logistics like shuttles, rentals, and gear support

The goal is simple: no surprises and a plan that fits your group and your trip.

Ready to Talk Numbers?

Share a few basics and I’ll follow up with options and pricing:

  • Travel dates (or window)

  • Where you’ll be staying

  • Ski, bike, or both

  • How many people are in your group

From there, we can shape a trip that fits your time, comfort level, and budget—and you’ll have a clear sense of cost before making any decisions.
